5-Ingredient No-Bake Vegan Brownies

For a SUPER quick, delicious treat!


5-Ingredient No-Bake Vegan Brownies

Serves 4


  • 1 c nuts of choice

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 c vegan white chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • optional: food coloring


  1. Add the nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla and pulse until cohesive and sticky (it should hold its shape if you were to pinch some into a ball).

  3. Press the mixture into a square, making sure to apply even pressure so that it's level.

  4. Microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth.

  5. Optionally add 3-5 drops of the food coloring of your choice (I used pink for Valentine's Day!) and stir until the chocolate is uniformly colored.

  6. Pour an even layer of the chocolate mixture over the square and allow it to cool until hardened (refrigerating will speed up the process).

  7. Cut into four pieces and enjoy!
