Garlic Tahini Sauce

Easy, quick, and perfect for pastas, salads, or as a dip!


 

Garlic Tahini Sauce

Vegan, Gluten-Free

Serves 2-3



Ingredients

  • 1/4 c tahini

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp evoo

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic*

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Make it spicy: 2-3 tsp sriracha


Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.


NOTES:

* Pro tip: roast the garlic beforehand for an extra boost of caramelized garlicky flavor!
