Killer Cauliflower

Spice up your meals with this Erewhon-inspired dish!


 


Killer Cauliflower

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free

Serves 6


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (in florets)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic

  • 1-2 tsp dried cilantro

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper


Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 °F.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, adjusting the cilantro, ginger, and red pepper by preference.

  3. Baked for 20 minutes or until crispy and enjoy!
