Maple Tahini Dressing

Sweet and nutty!


 

Maple Tahini Dressing

Vegan, Gluten-Free

Serves 3-4



Ingredients

  • 1/3 c tahini

  • 2-3 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp evoo

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • Sea salt to taste


Directions

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.


NOTES:

* Pro tip: roast the garlic beforehand for an extra boost of caramelized garlicky flavor!
