Pumpkin Spice Latte Butter

Vegan; Gluten-Free

Enough for 1 challah!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c pumpkin purée

  • 2 tsp (packed) dark brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp espresso powder*

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3-4 tbsp water

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a pan and cook over medium heat until all of the water has reduced and you achieve a thick, spreadable consistency!

  2. If you'd prefer to store this (because, FYI, it is *amazing* on toast), keep it in the fridge in an air-tight container.


Notes:

*Add according to how strong of a coffee flavor you prefer!
